Onsite HACCP Training
Food Safety compliance is now a requirement for most food producers, especially exporters. The constituent part of most food safety programmes is the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) procedure. HACCP is a requisite of BRC, NZFSA, WSMP and ISO 22000.
In this training and mentoring service, Aura Sustainability, educate the assembled HACCP team on the process of HACCP and mentor them through the process of putting in place product descriptions, process flows, quality control points, critical control points and the systematic processes that manage the risk of product safety in the market place.
By the end of the training the assembled HACCP team will have the required knowledge to implement the plan and manage the HACCP process as an ongoing business as usual process.
